Tasting Note: A bright medium gold shimmers in the glass, with complex aromas of honeysuckle, dried heather, fresh lemon, saline and mild smoke. On the palate it is bold with moderate heat; the flavours offer immediate sweet notes of honey, yellow apple and white grapefruit, but evolve with notes of brine, dried wildflowers and spice.
