Tasting Note: Medium amber colour with creamy head; aromas of roasted sweet malt, toffee and dried fruit with smoky tones; slightly sweet, medium to full bodied, smooth, rich and creamy on the palate, balanced hops, flavours of caramel/fruit, dark fruit, with notes of peat smokiness on the pleasant bittersweet finish. Serving Suggestion: Serve with strong cheese, slow smoked or bbq’d meats; use a splash in your bbq sauce recipe.
