Tasting Note: ‘Layer Cake’ refers to the influence that the layers of soil in the vineyard have on a wine’s profile, but for our purposes, it can be applied to layers of flavour. This is a wine crafted to please a very wide audience, offering abundant, juicy black fruit notes in a crisp, ripe style. The fruit takes the cake here, so to speak, and leads the way.
