Tasting Note: Do these folks ever get it. So Burgundian in feel with its darker fruit notes, earthy minerality, and delicate texture. Wood is well in check, just giving the wine an extra layer of interest. Despite the relative youth of the vines here, you are getting a seriously interesting pinot noir. In terms of working with what you are given, Meyer is one of the best pinot producers I have tasted in BC. Score – 4 Stars (out of 5). (Bill Zacharkiw, winealign.com, June 16, 2014)
