Tasting Note: The colour is clear, and water-white; medium intensity aromas include notes of grapes, green plums and white flowers, with hints of earth, anise and white pepper; medium to full-bodied, with warming alcohol and sweet, fruity flavours leading to a warm and earthy finish. Serving Suggestion: Pisco would be an inspired pairing for empanadas, or seafood dishes. Serve in a classic Pisco Sour, or a switched-up Margarita.
