Pacific Breeze – Killer Cab 750ml

Tasting Note (LCBO): Cedar, lilac, mocha and vanilla aromas abound. It coats the palate with a concentrated flow of red and black cherry entwined with sweet milk chocolate persisting through the finish. It’s full bodied, creamy smooth and fruit laden. No fruit bomb, though, as there’s good moderating acidity and fine-grained supple tannin for structure. Pour with smoked grilled back ribs mopped with spicy barbeque sauce.
