XANADU CAB SAUV – 750M

Tasting Note: 89/6/5% cabernet sauvignon, malbec and petit verdot, small batch-fermented with 4 weeks on skins, then 14 months in French barriques (40% new). As expected of Xanadu, a distinguished cabernet with excellent varietal expression portrayed with finesse; the tannin management ex the time on skins has paid major dividends. Special Value.
