Winery’s Description:

Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Syrah were hand-picked from the finest parcels on our estate. The grapes were then gently destemmed and transferred to stainless steel tanks for fermentation. Each block was fermented separately and spent between 8-14 days on the skins to develop deep, rich colour. Aged for 18 months in 30% new French oak and 70% neutral French oak before being meticulously blended.

On the Nose:

This smooth, rich blend stands up to the most flavourful forces. Our 2021 Queue carries forward an open and expansive bouquet full of blueberry, cocoa and violet.

On the Palate:

rich waves of black pepper and inescapably supple tannins interlace throughout. The long finish builds gradually with equal measures of strength and elegance.

Food Pairing:

This bold blend pairs perfectly with flavourful and juicy barbecued meats. Try brisket, spiced European sausages or charred bell peppers topped with blue cheese. Perfect for sharing with friends and family.
