BOTTLE RETURNS

 

Before returning empty Alcohol cans and bottles, please consider the following:

  • We are only able to accept 24 items per customer per day
  • Please ensure that all of your returns are rinsed and clean
  • We do not accept non-alcoholic beverage container returns

As we have a limited amount of space to keep empties, we may run out of room and staff retain the right to refuse returns of empties.

A Return-It depot is conveniently located 120m from us on Brooksbank Avenue

PRODUCT REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

We will not issue refunds on items that are not faulty.

EG: Personal dislike for the taste of a purchased product

Please keep your receipt, as it is required for all exchanges & refunds.

We understand that wine and beer are organic substances, and occasionally there can be product issues. If you purchase a “corked” wine or “skunky” beer, please bring back the product  with the receipt, and we will gladly offer an exchange or refund.

If you wish to exchange an item purchased at our store you must present your receipt and ensure the product is still in SALEABLE condition.

This means that the product:

  • is unopened with caps, seals, labels, and original packaging intact and with no visible tampering;
  •  is in its original condition;
  •  is in its original selling unit (e.g. full case);
  •  has no evidence of deterioration with age; and
  •  is not stale-dated, unless the receipt shows that it was recently purchased.
