Before returning empty Alcohol cans and bottles, please consider the following: As we have a limited amount of space to keep empties, we may run out of room and staff retain the right to refuse returns of empties. A Return-It depot is conveniently located 120m from us on Brooksbank Avenue
We will not issue refunds on items that are not faulty.
EG: Personal dislike for the taste of a purchased product
Please keep your receipt, as it is required for all exchanges & refunds.
We understand that wine and beer are organic substances, and occasionally there can be product issues. If you purchase a “corked” wine or “skunky” beer, please bring back the product with the receipt, and we will gladly offer an exchange or refund.
If you wish to exchange an item purchased at our store you must present your receipt and ensure the product is still in SALEABLE condition.
