Tasting Note: Uniquely matured in three cask types (American Bourbon, Spanish Oloroso sherry and Perdro Ximenez sherry) creating a rich bronze colour; lovely aromas of blackcurrant, brown sugar, orange and raisin; the palate remains fruity and shows hazelnut, cinnamon and toffee flavours; the finish is fresh with lasting oaky sweetness. Serving Suggestion: Serve this neat, in your ideal whisky glass. Alternatively, add an ounce of the three wood you a traditional Spanish hot chocolate.
