Varieties: 60% Garnacha Blanca – 40% Chardonnay
Production: Fermentation using the traditional method of the two varieties separately at 14ºC, with temperature control in stainless steel tanks.
Aging: Aged on its lees for 2 months in stainless steel and concrete tanks, with daily battonage.
Tasting notes: Bright pale yellow colour with greenish reflections, which denote its youth. On the nose it is fresh, clean and intense, with fruity aromas (green apple, pineapple and citrus). On the palate the fruit remains present and in balance with the acidity. It is an intense and refreshing wine.
Consumption temperature: Serve at a temperature between 4-6°C.
