Tasting Note: Aged in Jack Daniels barrels, this rum pours a deep amber colour and is fragrant with pronounced aromas of honey and caramel. On the palate it is medium-bodied and warming with flavours of banana, caramel and a hint of wood smoke on a long finish. Serving Suggestion: Pair with deep fried plantains or vanilla ice cream.
