Tasting Note: Medium gold colour; aromas of vanilla custard, candied pear, sweet grain and apple blossom with notes of sweet oak, tree fruit, nutmeg and ginger; on the palate, it is sweet, spicy, rich and rounded, showing complex flavours of butter/caramel, honey and white chocolate, with notes of citrus and pastry on a long finish. Serving Suggestion: Serve after a meal as the dessert or with simple not-too-sweet fruit, caramel or nut-based desserts
