Tasting Note: This is a lovely, rich and complex Amarone with excellent maturing notes. Fresh and dried cherry aromas, with raspberry, dates, vanilla, dried cranberry and Christmas cake tones. Powerfully impressive, stately and poised. Layered flavours with a spicy mid-palate and a warm spicy finish. A truly great Amarone. Enjoy with aged cheeses, osso buco or steak.
