GRAPE VARIETY:
40% Sangiovese, 40% Merlot, 20% Syrah
VINIFICATION:
Hand-picked in crates. The Sangiovese and Syrah grapes are air-dried (appassimento).
Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. Refinement in barriques for a 24 month period.
FOOD PAIRING:
Perfect to pair with savoury, flavourful foods. Ideal with aged or blue cheeses. An excellent meditation wine.

16 – 18°C
