Tasting Note: Bright medium gold colour; aromas of ripe yellow apple, tropical fruits, toasty oak, roasted nuts and vanilla; dry, with medium-full body and lively acidity; flavours of citrus, tropical fruits, roasted hazelnuts and toasty oak linger on a lengthy finish; drink now, or cellar for 2-3 years. Serving Suggestion: Serve with rich seafood, such as lobster ravioli in a creamy sauce, butternut squash, and grilled veal or white meat.
